The United Church of Christ Palestine Israel Network (UCCPIN) has issued a working paper endorsing the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ) Advisory Opinion on Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories. The opinion, issued in 2024, found Israel's occupation and practices of apartheid illegal under international law.

UCCPIN’s paper reaffirms these findings and calls for greater international accountability. By supporting the ICJ's conclusions, UCCPIN highlights the need for a just resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict based on legal and humanitarian principles.
